Construction
- Triple-walled chamber: inner in mild steel or stainless steel 304, exterior in G.I. sheet with powder coating
- Special-grade glass wool insulation between walls to avoid heat loss
- Acrylic inner door for visibility; external metal door fully insulated with a stainless-steel lock and hinges
- Air ventilation ports on the left and right sides
- Galvanized wire mesh shelves included
Laboratory incubators provide a temperature-controlled environment to support the growth of microbiological cultures, suited to coliform determination, egg incubation, heated storage, food and beverage testing, and pharmaceutical testing.
Heating Element
Memmert-style heating elements are fitted on both sides of the chamber, using special-grade chrome-plated Nichrome wire (ISI approved) for uniform temperature distribution.
